How to Opt In
There are two ways to agree to receive text messages from RemoteHCS. We never add a mobile number to this program without one of these two steps.
Text to Opt In
Text the keyword START to 855-541-9891 from the mobile phone you want messages sent to. That single text is how a person starts receiving messages from RemoteHCS. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.
Verbal Consent by Phone
When someone speaks with a RemoteHCS care coordinator by phone at 855-574-4200, the coordinator asks for permission before any text messages are sent, and records that agreement along with the date, time, and mobile number. Consent is never assumed from a call alone.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving further messages from that number.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or call RemoteHCS directly at 855-574-4200.
