Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
Remote Health Care Solutions & IoT Safety LLC ("RemoteHCS," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our telehealth services.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Health information: Medical history, vital signs readings, medication information, and other health data shared during consultations (protected under HIPAA).
- Insurance information: Insurance provider details and coverage information.
- Communication records: Records of communications between you and our care team.
- Mobile messaging information: Mobile phone number and text-messaging consent status, collected when you opt in to receive text messages from us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns on our site.
- Location data: General geographic location based on IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our telehealth and remote monitoring services.
- Schedule appointments and facilitate virtual consultations.
- Communicate with you about your care, appointments, and inquiries.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations, including HIPAA regulations.
- Improve site functionality and user experience.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal or health information. We share your information only:
- With your care team: Authorized healthcare providers involved in your treatment.
- With service providers: Trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.
- For legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
- With your consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from third-party providers to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. None of these tools run until you accept them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can decline without losing access to any part of the site.
- Google Analytics: Measures site traffic and which pages visitors read. Loaded with Google Consent Mode, which withholds analytics and advertising storage until you accept.
- Microsoft Clarity: Records anonymized site usage to help us find navigation problems. It is never loaded on our Contact page.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Tells us which of our advertisements led visitors to our site, and lets us measure when a visit results in a phone call or a contact request. We have disabled the pixel's automatic form and button tracking, so it does not read anything you type into a form on this site. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, or any health information.
These tools receive the web pages you view on this site, which may indicate a general health interest. They never receive the contents of a consultation, a medical record, or any information you provide to our care team. Information you share with us as a patient is protected health information under HIPAA and is not shared with any advertising or analytics provider.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will cause the consent banner to appear again on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block cookies outright, and browser-level ad and tracker blockers will prevent these tools from loading at all.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Obtain Consent
We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in. Opt-in happens one of two ways: verbally, during a phone call with a care coordinator, who records your agreement along with the date, time, and mobile number provided; or by texting the word START to 855-541-9891. There is no online form on this website for signing up to receive text messages, and we never infer your consent simply because you visited this site or called our office.
What Our Messages Contain
Text messages from RemoteHCS may include appointment scheduling and reminders, care coordination follow-ups, and replies to inquiries you have made.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also call us at 855-574-4200. Opting out of text messages does not affect your care or your ability to use any RemoteHCS service.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. RemoteHCS does not charge for text messages.
Retention of Consent Records
We retain records of your opt-in and opt-out as required to document consent.
6. Data Security
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal and health information. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS, and patient health records are stored on secure, HIPAA compliant servers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request a copy of your health records.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
